Changes coming to Halifax’s weekly green bin pick-up service

New changes are coming to the municipality’s summer weekly green bin pick-up service. The decision was made by council in the spring as a cost-cutting measure, but not everyone thinks this is a rotten idea. Kendra Gannon reports.
