A controversial Montreal safe drug consumption site says it will cost millions of dollars to move to a new location. This comes after rampant co-habitation issues surrounding the Maison Benoît Labre. Quebec tabled a bill banning supervised drug sites from being less than a hundred fifty meters from schools and daycares. Global’s Dan Spector reports.
